Why we made it
For years the surgeons of Clínica Proctológica de Lima prescribed nifedipine and lidocaine separately and watched patients get confused, stop early or buy hemorrhoid creams instead. FISURIN put both actives in one hydrogel and wrote down the protocol that goes with it. It was first used on post-operative fissures and then on every fissure that came through the door.
